8th Anniversary of Netpluz

8 years ago, Netpluz Asia was incorporated with initially 9 staff in total with a small office space located at Howard Road. Over the years, the Netpluz family keep expanding and the Netpluz group has over 80 employees today. 

2015 was indeed a notable year for us for too many reasons. Netpluz was first initiated with a vision to be the top Managed Communications Service Provider in the Asia Pacific and it is still our goal to achieve, the only thing that makes a difference is that we are now closer to it as compared to 8 years ago. In the year 2023, Netpluz has expanded to Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand with Indonesia and Vietnam in the pipeline and with more service offerings including Cybersecurity services.

When Netpluz was first incorporated, Leng Fong, CEO of Netpluz, always reminded himself to build Netpluz culture by upholding the core values of Thinking Good, Doing Good and Living Good to create a healthy organisational culture for all employees. He believes that trust is the key that holds the toughest relationship and it is crucial for a successful business. Hence, being transparent with all stakeholders is how he creates a trustworthy environment in Netpluz over the years. As a result, Netpluz always has the most reliable and trustworthy employees that unite to put aside their self-interest and work towards the same goals.

In all these years which have passed, we have seen it all – success and failures, highs and lows, celebrations and crises. But one thing that never happen was 'giving up'. Our faith in each other and our commitment towards the company are the main factors that brought us where we are today. The employees have always been the greatest strength and strongest backbone for Netpluz.

Last but not least, we are grateful for all the relentless support during the journey, from all the stakeholders, be it a partner, or an ex-employee for making who Netpluz is today. The road ahead might be more challenging, as unpredictability will continue to rule, but we will continue to move forward.
